Beware of the pitch when reviewing agencies to select for your property or business. That’s when all of the agency’s heavy hitters come out of the woodwork for the well- practiced dog and pony show. Remember this: you will never see most of these people again if you decide to hire this agency. Ask them to tell you specifically who will be working on your account. It is usually the most junior person in the room, Big agencies will use your account to help ‘train’ their junior people to cut their teeth in the business.
